Comments: Great work for a fair price. Charles responded to my request promptly. I sent him a few pictures of the work to be done. Charles followed up with a reasonable bid in a timely manner. We schedule the time for the project and he arrived when he said he would be here. Charles even scheduled a return visit to acid wash the mailbox in a couple weeks. Great service from a good guy. Easy to work with and very personable. We will definitely use Chip Off the Old Block again.

Comments: Fast, friendly, timely service for a fair price. Charles was very easy to work with. He had me take some pictures of the work to be done. Replied quickly with a reasonable quote. Scheduled a time to complete the work. He showed on time and finished the job. He even scheduled a follow up appointment to acid wash it in a couple of weeks. Very happy with his work.

Comments: Contractors finished work does not look professional. Will not use this contractor again due to poor quality of work.
I'm sorry that you're not pleased with the outcome of the work like I said the only way to make it look better it would be to replace the top of the chimney like it needed there was nothing I could do besides patch the brick at the top because I forgot to ham and throw them out or just replace the ones in the middle without knocking the whole top off
