Work Description: Garage rebuild, house roof and siding
Comments: If you see them coming to quote RUN as fast as you can. I don't even know where to start with the incompetence in this company and the owner. I now need to redo everything they touched, roof only needs touch up. But the garage floor tgey said had rebar in it, had it scanned no metal found, floor looked like garbage bad finish from not mixing properly, not airiating and no stone or ground prep. Siding has to be redone due to poor work and nailing too tight. Most of tgier reviews are fake including one from the owners wife, reverse imagine thier projects and most were done by Roadhouse Renavations in 2019, buy owner Matthew comments on tge pic how progress is being made. Just crazy how anything and everything they touched could go so wrong. Also get insurance and bonding up front as they are not bonded, owners own words were " we are a new company so we didn't get to that yet" well you advertised it and siad you were. Any bonding company would be installed trouble bonding thier work as the claims would be insane. But wait you say on this web page you been in business 13 years, humm I was also told that until project was wrapping up and I wanted the bonding and insurance proof.Hinsdale IL
