Work Description: Roof Replacement

Comments: Chandler Roofing is competent and trustworthy!!
We had a real struggle with our insurance carrier (starts with an "A") and Chandler worked us through "the system" with patience and appropriate action. After our original hail damage claim was declined, Chandler and “A” agreed to an independent adjuster to make an assessment that was FINALLY acknowledged by “A”. We filed the claim in Sept 2023 where “A” provided a very insufficient and incomplete reimbursement offer. I hosted at least three 3-way calls between all parties and Chandler submitted a half-dozen supplement estimates trying to get the correct replacement cost covered. After 3.5 months, all of those phone calls and supplements, and 10 “A” adjusters, we have a great new roof, and completed in a single day!!!
These guys are competent and trustworthy, and GOOD!

Comments: Chandler roofing is awesome. My husband and I highly recommend thus business! Brooke arranged all of the appointments, Jesse ironed out all the details, and Josh was here all day making sure the job was done correctly and updated us with pictures. The crew doing the work was awesome as well. It has been a week since our roof was put on, and we have yet to find a nail in the yard. Thank you Josh and thank you crew for doing such a great clean up job.

Comments: Chandler Roofing and Shawn Price were a dream to work with. After three years of fighting with State Farm, my roof is finally fixed. It looks beautiful, the work was done timely and professionally. They even cleaned more than their mess!! Shawn and his team made this the year process a dream not the nightmare it could have been if I was doing this on my own. Not only did they repair my roof correctly, they repaired the damage done by the previous contractor, replaced my 21 year old gutters and repaired and painted the exterior. I would highly recommend them for any contacting needs.

Comments: We found Chandler thru an insurance claim and Shawn Price was our assigned guy but after working with them and deciding to add on a little more work they are now our go-to guys for anything house related! We were having the work done during the height of covid and he was great at communicating everything to us about obstacles that would come up and honestly, that makes the difference for me. Shawn was patient and answered my many, many questions and we are extremely pleased with the work that was done on the roof, fencing, and our patio area. All said and done we will be calling Shawn for any future projects/improvements etc. And I would absolutely recommend to any of my family or friends

Comments: Would high recommend this company. We used Chandler Roofing and restoration to inspect our roof when purchasing our home. After their initial inspection they determined even though our roof was on the older side it was in good shape. A short time later we experienced a hail storm and Chandler Roofing was our first call. An inspection was again preformed and it was determined we did indeed have significant damage this time. Our project manager was great at guiding us through the whole process. He even worked very closely with my wife to ensure she was able to get the perfect color shingles and feel confident about her color choice. Thank you Chandler Roofing for making what we thought was going to be a stressful event so smooth and painless.

Comments: New roof is beautiful but they hit a water line. Had to file a new insurance claim because that side of my house had extensive water damage and the roofing contract says not responsible for hitting lines. Read contracts carefully:/
Amber, Thank you for sharing your feedback… it’s one of the primary ways we can improve. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue caused. At the time of home construction, water lines are required to be secured to framing to prevent them from resting against the underneath side of decking. Over the years however, they can come loose. This can be problematic and that’s why all roofing companies protect themselves from this liability. We strive to serve our clients and ensure we provide an attic inspection before every roof replacement to try and combat this issue but unfortunately, not all attic space is accessible. Again, I sincerely apologize. This has only happened 6-8 times since we did our first roof in 2001 with thousands of projects. We, as well as other roofing companies, have unsuccessfully sought solutions around preventing this unfortunate occurrence. I am open to and would very much welcome your suggestions as I’d love to forever eliminate this challenge. I do hope our willingness to advise, facilitate, and meet the adjuster, on your behalf helped make the water restoration a little easier to swallow. Thank you for the review. -Bill Chandler
