Comments: There was a serious with the scheduling of the appointment. But, in all fairness the lady on the phone who resolved the issue was very professional and polite on the phone. I had a PM appointment rather than an AM appointment. The plumber "Israel" cleared the clog using a heavy duty auger and to date (4 days after the appointment) the clothes washer drain line is working normally. So, three stars for punctuality...am I am HIGHLY recommending this company. I was told that the scheduling was goofed up due to their scheduling system not working correctly over the weekend (I called for the appointment on a weekend). GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!-
