Comments: November6, 2010This letter is to affirm Rick Drury, owner of Central Valley Construction, as a construction
company worthy of your consideration.
We contracted with Rick in the framing of both the garage and home. The project began on
time, workers were on the job every day on time, all work was completed according to the
product specifications and within the agreed upon time frame, and all completed work
exceeded my high demands for quality. They cleaned up after completion of the daily
activities-something that I truly appreciated.
During the course of the project, Rick addressed all of the unknown surprises with
expertise. He also provided recommendations to improve quality, and all changes were
reasonably accommodated. He was available to answer questions when asked, and would
even come over on a weekend to work and help with modification.
As a home owner, customer's true satisfaction is ultimately demonstrated if and when a
customer returns and requests goods or services from a company.
My experience in working with Rick was good on both professional and personal level. I
