Work Description: Flooring, kitchen and baths

Comments: Rob came in with his team and worked tirelessly to make sure the project met the budget and timeframe. I work from home and having people work on the house was not idea. Not only did they do a great job but finished 2 bathrooms, vinyl flooring and new Kitchen in 10 days. Amazing

I have never done a project in Elk Grove Village and I believe this is a client who fired me so he could hire my subs.

Comments: Rob is a complete fraud! This guy will not finish your job and will keep you hanging in the end! Worst contractor that I have ever done business with! His company, C&C Investments of Chicago, has been closed multiple times on the state website. Go to state website - Cyberdriveillinois.com - type C&C Invesments of Chicago. Due diligence before you proceed with Rob!
I have never done a job for a Michael Brown. My former partnership was shut down and I reopened this LLC. I’m not sure who this is but I would love to discuss this claim with them. Phone number is on the webpage.

Work Description: Remodel was unfinished and would never use this contractor,Robert Cruz of C&C Investments again.

Comments: After with holding the last payment due to the job not being finished Robert Cruz, accused me of not paying additional money that we never agreed upon. He also filed a fraudulent mechanics lien against the property. He is also listed with a complaint for not finishing a job on Better Business Bureau.
Dan rescinded a payment made to me 30 days after we completed his job. I advised him on several items he chose to ignore and the additional money was extras his wife added to the scope. I filed a proper lien that his title company insured over which is illegal!
