Work Description: Paint/Stain - Deck/Fence/Porch

Comments: Very nice people but the entire job was less than a professional job and very frustrating and unsatisfactory. Worker/stainer didn’t show up to begin day until 2-3 pm every day and we called the owner several times to ask when he would show up. Then the stainer stained a large privacy fence panel and the color we choose was not what he used. It
was chestnut instead of cedar tone, therefor our deck, railings, fences , are very dark brown. In addition, there are many many noticeable places missed, even after we showed they were missing places. Owner told us he would get back with us this week, and we haven’t heard from him.
Thank you very much for your comment, the work that was carried out was perhaps due to lack of communication from both parties, because he did not say with certainty the color he really wanted, therefore he took a wood sample to Sherwin William so that they would give us an equal color to the wood and unfortunately he did not like it, because according to the experts, the color of the steim will depend on how the wood is at the time, for such dissatisfaction the client accepted a discount of $ 500 dollars for the inconvenience. Regarding the schedule, we plan according to the demand we have in season, that is why I take many people to finish in the required time, that at the time there were no complaints and I agreed on how the work was.
