Comments: I was very disappointed with Cass. I asked for two hose bibs to be replaced and they sent a novice who took five hours and charged me 880.00 and this was just a few months ago. Now the hose bibs are rusted and not working. In addition this novice had to call two people to advise him and come to my home and help him. VERY unprofessional.

Comments: we had problems the same night with none of our sinks working after the toilet was done. we called back as we did not know what to do and both men we called were not nice to us and hung up on us.they did not want to be bothered to come out to see what the problem was. We are both senior citizens and did not appreciate their attitude.
