Work Description: Rebuild a very small deck.
Comments: Alcott took our deposit, tore the deck apart last summer. It's still not finished and we are getting fines from the city and our tenants won't pay rent until it's finished. He will not return calls or text messages. Don't hire this guy.Rochester NY
