Comments: The pavillion itself was constructed well but then they used the wrong stain and what they considered finished was awful. Casey said he would make it right but then stood us up and won’t return our calls. We were forced to pay them before it was stained and we were charged $1000 more than the quote. It has now cost us $3400 to correct their mistake. Which is on top of the $6400 we paid them. Do not use this company.Manor TX

Comments: Repaired fallen down fence with metal posts. Did a great job repairing fence as I was not ready to replace wood at this time. Contractor treated this job like he was adding a new fence. Other contractors said they needed to replace the whole fence. (Not happening). Bid three said they only install new fences and they were way to expensive for this job. Thank you Pro-Tex Team! Comments: ProTex Fence & Stain answered my inquiry within moments, literally, and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. This was Sunday and right before Xmas and I really didn't expect to hear back from anyone very quickly. Monday, we got a site visit and worked out the details. We got a formal quote that night via email and I simply emailed back the next morning and gave ProTex the go ahead. They started the next day and all but finished a few panels, working all day on Christmas Eve, finishing day after Christmas. Employees were hard working, courteous, and cleaned up well after the project. Very satisfied and happy with the fencing,. We highly recommend Pro-Tex Fence and Stain, LLC.-
