Work Description: Water Heater - Install/Replace

Comments: They installed our new hot water heater incorrectly, exposing the heating element to air which rendered the unit useless. Was without hot water for 5 days (even though Carver promised they would take care of it) and had to remedy the situation with another company. Never heard from Carver again and was never provided a receipt for the unit which tells me we were overcharged. Nice guys at first, not very experienced or helpful in the end.
