They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. As far as we are concerned you won't find a better roofer in the Indy area, we definitely recommend them!

Comments: The day before they were supposed to start they delayed us by a “half day” then only a hour before noon rescheduled for the next day. The work was good but they wasted a day of my time..
They were apologetic, but would not adjust the price for my time..

Comments: We were disappointed that the roofers decided not to work late on Saturday when they could have just finished the job and not had to come back on Monday. We were promised that they would be done by Saturday.. Overall they performed well but the finish date was disappointing.

Yet it was their ability to be punctual and honest that sold us on this company, the salesperson’s knowledge, and the great support of the scheduling manager (we had to reschedule twice last minute!). I knew exactly what my salesperson looked like and was text with updated information. When carmel exteriors roofing arrived do the job they were very professional in appearance and equipment, they answered all of my questions and were able to keep the schedule as promised. I would highly recommend carmel exteriors roofing for all your roofing needs.

When we spoke to Wes he was very disarming and attentive to our concerns. Everyone we dealt with through the project was also fantastic. We did have to call them back to do an additional cleaning touch up but the responded the very same day very politely. Definitely recommend!

Comments: Wes offered a great detailed overview of what Carmel Roofing offers compared to other roofing companies without the pressure to “sign today” or “earn our business right now”. So much so we have a group 5 neighbors that will be having their houses roofs replaced by Carmel Roofing, neighbors whom Wes spent several hours meeting with. Wes was very knowledgeable, disarming, confident and professional during our questioning.

We are very busy professionals and grew tireless when receiving longwinded pressure sales. We noticed their company mention being to the point so we gave them a call. Sure enough they explained everything to us and told us to give them a call when we were ready which we did after confirming the products and services were priced competitively!
