Comments: The job was botched from the beginning. They should have come with a bucket truck to properly remove the tree but didn't come out with one. They showed up with a chipper that they never used and chose to put the tree debris in the swale. In the process of removing the tree in the back yard, several limbs on my bottlenose palm werebroken. My neighbor was upset with the mess that they created in
their backyard. Several days after they left, I was doing some work in the back yard and when I walked by my AC I noticed three large landscape stones had been broken. I contacted the owner and advised her and she told me to send her photos of the stones
(which I did). She said she would pickup some stones at Home
Depot to replace the ones they broke. I'm still waiting. I would never
recommend this company!
