Work Description: Bathroom Remodel
Comments: I recently had water damage in my master bathroom and was referred to Caravan Innovations through my insurance company. My wife and I decided we might as well remodel the bathroom and decided on a tub-to-shower conversion. This is the first time we have had any remodeling work completed on our house. We had an initial meeting with the owner Aaron and his project manager Frank. Both were very informative and accommodating and had some creative ideas. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. Along the way Caravan Innovations even took care of some smaller repairs my wife and I had talked about getting fixed but kept putting off. The finished product looks amazing and the price was right on target. When a couple of unforeseen issues came up Aaron came to the rescue and was able to fix the issues at a reasonable cost. Aaron was "hands on" on my remodel and came back to check and make sure everything was working and had no issues. Frank was also helpful and accommodating with the scheduling and gave us some different ideas during the remodel. My wife and I highly recommend Caravan Innovations and plan to use them again on our next project. They are very nice people to work with.St. Petersburg FL

Work Description: replace ceiling
Comments: This contractor is the worst I have ever used. They signed up for the work on June but it took them until late October to get the correct permit submitted. They did the ceiling replacement without the proper permit in place and I got two violation notice from the city. In October I got a invoice from them and they charged me for 448 sqft of ceiling replacement for $6886 while the actually area was only 195 sqft. I pointed this out to them and measured the area with the CEO Aaron and he agreed that 195 sqft was the actual area they worked on. However he refuse to adjust the charge accordingly and made up all reasons and threats to try to force me to pay the $6886 for just 195 sqft of ceiling drywall replacement (about 7 sheets with a material cost of less than $100). The project manager is a nice guy but his support was very poor and caused the 4 month delay in getting s supper simple permit correct. CEO Aaron is a lier, a bully and total jerk with no integrity or professionalism. Stay away from this company!Oldsmar FL

Comments: With in 5minutes in receive a call back from Caravan Innovation. I explained to him what I needed to have do. He came out the next day to see what I needed to have done. Gave me a price on every thing which I thought was very reasonable. I had to have the work done this week. I was very happy that he could fit me in and they finished up every thing today.I would highly recommend Caravan Innovations to anyone that needs work done.

Work Description: Paint and carpet. I got alot more!
Comments: Caravan came and fixed my destroyed rental property for 2000 less than any other company quoted. New paint and new carpet. Plus when they were done they did a full clean. I paid for a paint job and carpet but i got a full service make ready. The condo was TOTALLY ready for viewing the moment they were done.
