Work Description: Chimney repair
Comments: Hired to replace a chimney cap for $1100. After demolishing, they said damage was more extensive and jacked up the estimate to $9600. Before work was done they started asking for money. Damaged my property and left me without heat for 3 days in February. Paid $6k because they never finished and damage never repaired. Hired another company to finish and they said all work would have to be redone due to improper materials being used. Cal is too small, crown started to crack. I posted a review online and they offered to refund my money which never happened. Check other reviews on yelp…they’ve done the same thing to other people. I have to file a lawsuit but have already filed complaints with the state.Newton Lower Falls MA
