Comments: Given a cost estimate for the job, I gave Kanaan Khalil , aka Canaan Land Tile, a check for the cost of the tiles and downpayment, to be done in two weeks. Six eeks latter, although he has cashed my check, he hasn't delivered any tiles, started any work, refunded any money, nor answered my emails. Will report to OCB, and rather sure I'm won't be the first one to do so. There are negative reviews of this company and owner at several sites on the net, and after reading them, I'm sorry that I gave him the benefit of the doubt.Beaverton OR

We paid up front and are now out thousands of dollars and we are left with a yard full of debris, an unfinished fence and a demolished house that still is not done. Comments: I warned Canaan about Portland traffic, and he still showed up 1 1/2 hours late. His work was wonderful though, so it was worth the wait. He is professional, quick, clean and did a great job repairing my cracked grout. He just needs to learn the tricks of the freeway system!-
