Comments: Our job was a 500 fr long driveway serving 4 houses. Nick was fast, professional and responsive to a lot of questions. The work was excellent and the price was right. He agreed to work on Saturday to accommodate our schedule. We will go back to him when we need additional coatings in future years.

Work Description: Slurry Seal Street In Front of House

Comments: Nick was awesome! I was required by the city to “slurry seal” the street in front of my house as a condition of my remodel project. I was feeling in limbo because there are different types of slurry seals, different terminology used and a lack of understanding, which creates confusion and misdirection. As a result, I understood my inspector to be telling me to get the type of slurry seal that would have been 5x more expensive due to the heavy equipment used, and only a few companies do that, but at commercial scale, not small residential jobs like mine. I didn’t know how I was going to comply with the requirement.

Thank goodness I found Nick! He was sooo helpful. He called connections he knew in my city, called the inspector directly to explain and clarify the different types of slurry seals, all without any commitment from me that he would get the work. He did it just to be helpful. It’s refreshing to know honorable business people still exist.

Well, of course I gave Nick the work and he was out THE NEXT DAY, literally, and did the work. He did a fantastic job. The street looks brand new.

I highly recommend Nick.

Work Description: Patching and Sealing Apartment Building Parking Lot.

Comments: We are an investment property firm.
Had an apartment building parking lot with part of the asphalt sinking due to moisture. CA Asphalt Professionals did a great job patching and sealing it. They have an excellent customer service and were very prompt with providing an estimate. Their pricing was reasonable and above all, they have been in the asphalt business and know how to fix the problem correctly. We had lower bids but the quality and longevity of the job was not going to be the same. They also warrantied their job for 2 years. They sent us pictures along the way as they were working on the parking lot and kept us informed on the day of the job. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend them. Would definitely use them again for our next projects.
