Comments: Cali Builders did a fantastic job in helping us with several renovation projects throughout our house, they’ve completely redone our swimming pool, our roof, two bathrooms, kitchen and they also upgraded our electrical panel to 200 amps.At first, we thought that we will only hire a certain specialty contractor for each trade, but gladly, Eli our project manager made us understand that it’s best to go with one general contractor that can do it all, that way you only have to deal with one person that is able to address all of your concerns and answer all of your questions at any giving stage of the project. We’ve also learned that there’s a certain sequence / stages to the construction process and were very grateful to had Eli on our side, Eli was very caring and easy to communicate with, he was always on top of things and made this entire process run smoothly. All the teams that worked on our house were very courteous and professional plus always kept their work environment clean as possible.
To summarize; Cali Builders came highly recommended and they sure have lived up to the expectations and then some, for sure we will use them again!

Comments: Cali Builders just finished our kitchen and two bathrooms remodeling, our contract was reasonably priced in comparison to other bids that we got, the team that worked on my project was very professional and they knew what they were doing. Even though we had to deal with some unexpected issues as all major renovations usually have a tenancy to run into, they luckily recovered and got us back on the right track pretty fast, which was very important to us because we rent a place for us to stay during the construction. We had to move a load baring beam into the ceiling. It was impressive to see them do that in less than two days. The thing that I liked the most about them was their commitment to us as customers. A true test of an honest contractor comes when you need to do “A change of order” because you change some of the scope of work, that was when I really saw their true colors, they got me really good prices for all the additional work that we wanted to add on.We are very pleased with entire process and the final outcome; we don’t recognize our own home anymore (in a good way!) The attention to details is spectacular!

Comments: We have reached out to Cali Builders based on all of their great online reviews and their customers satisfaction, So that they will come and check out our new house and provide us with an estimate for major renovation that we have been planned for months now, They’ve sent us one of their most wonderful project managers; Ellie she had a lot of creative ideas and designs not to mention very cost-effective. We hired the team and we have worked together on the project for a few months until everything was completed. They were always responsive and took our calls - no matter how ridiculous our questions was, their team were always there for us. They took care of us very patiently and they provided us with an amazing customer service. The project turned out amazing and this is exactly our dream home jus as we’ve envisioned it to be, and the best part is that we were able to stay on budget. Comments: As a first time home owners, finding the right contractor that specializes in general remodeling and can meet all of our needs was not easy. In order to find the right contractor we’ve interviewed six different construction companies, after gathering all of their bids we’ve narrowed the list down to two companies, both of them were very impressive however in the end we've decided to hire Simon the owner of Cali Builders, Simon delivered everything he promised and then some. Simon was very transparent, genuine and real! He was the only one that didn’t talk only on how amazing our house will look after the renovation, he talked to us about how messy the remodeling process will be and that unexpected surprises will most likely going to take place in a renovation of that magnitude, but the thing that impressed us the most about working with Simon was his word! Before signing the contract, Simon promised us that some problems will occur during the construction and unfortunately his prophecy did come through however, he also promised us that when that will happen, he will be there to guide us through and he did!Arturo the foreman was always helpful and attentive to our project and their workers were very polite, friendly and - these are some very hard-working people! I would highly recommend Cali Builders and we’re looking forward working with them again in the future!

Comments: I must say I’m not too experienced when it comes down to hire a general contractor nor I have any experience when it comes to construction however I can say with full certainty that working with Cali Builders & Construction Inc. Was a great first experience right from the start. My wife and I were looking for a general contractor / construction company who could do it all. We were looking into redoing our floors, walls, kitchen, living room and our three bedrooms, Basically a complete full remodeling.Our first encounter with Simon was great!
Simon came in, introduced himself and provided us with an estimates for everything we needed. He promised that he’ll send / email us an estimate within a couple of days. It took him less then a day to send it. My family and I looked over it and thought his pricing was very fair plus his company came highly recommended, so we went ahead and booked them in. About a week later we started the full on remodel. We just finished the project last week. Overall it took about 2 months to finish. They were a breeze to work with. Glad we chosen them!

Comments: What started as a simple bathroom remodeling and a small interior paint job, become a complete house remodel and I gotta say, I am super thrilled with how it all turned out! I mean WOW!!I have hired Cali Builders to remodel my guest bathroom and to do some paint work, from there we moved to a brand-new hardwood flooring and molding throughout the house, a new updated kitchen cabinet, new stack-stone on the fireplace and interior doors replacement.
The house is simply looking amazing, the quality of the craftsmanship is remarkable and the attention to detail is outstanding!
Simon was our “go to guy” he was extremely helpful and creative plus always on our side.
Arturo our foreman was there for us to help make this entire experience much more pleasant.

Comments: I’ll start by saying this; Finding a reliable, honest and professional contractor isn’t always easy, I have done some remodeling throughout the years and it wasn’t always the most pleasant experience. That being said when I started to browse around for a highly recommended contractor to do for me a garage conversion / ADU remodel while looking I stumbled across Cali builders & Construction Inc. They came highly recommended and they also let me speak to some of their previous customers and that very much so helped me put my mind at ease, also Simon the business owner was very reassuring, and more than that I was looking for a company that will do the plans, and get me all the architectural drawing and necessary permits without me have to get too much involved and that’s exactly what they done!Also Simon was very realistic regarding the processing time of getting all the city permits plus the processing time for the actual construction with all the inspections and the probable delays that may occur in projects like that.
The team that worked on the project was very pleasant to work with and they always patiently explained the process and the logic that behind it.

Comments: For the longest time I considered doing a garage conversion (ADU) to my garage but I wasn’t too sure about the design/layout, I met with a few contractors to get some bids on the project and to get some ideas as well, after a long and careful thought I decided to go with “Cali Builders” and I couldn’t be happier, the great team of “Cali Builders” came up with genius and a very creative layout that maximizes the square footage of the space wisely and making the ADU so much more appealing yet practical, they worked like a well-oiled machine!While working on getting the permits and all the necessary paperwork, they worked with me on a three dimension layout that I adored, the team did an amazing job by bringing the 3D design and into reality and the resemblance was uncanny!
The project took a little longer then I expected, mainly due to weather and one special order that I made (Murphy bed) but other then that everything went smoothly!

We’ve met with Simon the company owner and after one meeting we knew that he’s the one, Simon was very honest and genuine, from the get go all the way till the very end, he did everything he promised and then some!
Simon was there at every step of the way, from helping us with material shopping, meeting with city inspectors (they past all the inspections at the first time), going over with me and my wife on every single detail and convey to us what’s going to happen next.
His team did an amazing job with implementing our crazy wave design and their attention to details was remarkable.
I thought that home improvement can be a fun experience, I even helped them with the demolition.
