Work Description: The rebuild of 1 wall, replacement of 1 wall and new doors for garden shed were done well.
Comments: Time management and price of materials was not what was expected of an experienced contractor. Bid job 1/3 lower than actual cost. Did not have all material needed to start the job on arrival, finished over two days. Good that he was teaching a few young men a trade but took longer to finish than expected.-
