Comments: This had to be one of the most trouble free and hands off experiences to get approval and replacement of our roof due to hail damage. Junior Medina, a very polite and courteous young man, a Restoration Consultant with Built Strong. Walked us through the process and then did the initial inspection, called and summited the request with our insurance. Then coordinated all the small moving pieces with the remainder of Built Strong once the project was approved. He did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop as things progressed, never were we left wondering what the status of our claim was. We couldn't be happier, it was well worth answering the door :)-
