Comments: These guys are incredible. I shopped around and called a lot of masons around the area until one day I saw Peter doing work in my neighborhood. He was very polite at first, then I invited him to my house to give some estimates. The quote was very reasonable, I just had to wait for two weeks to start my backyard. The job was a 500 sqft area pavers along with retaining wall replacement, it only took them 2 days to complete the job. They had overqualified professional equipments and 10 people working on my back yard. This is way beyond my expectations, I really have to say Peter and his team took care of me in a very professional manner. I would definitely hire again!

Peter drew up a quote and within a week they transformed our driveway, front walkway, and all of the associated drainage systems into a beautiful and functional system. Peter and crew are friendly, professional and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.

Comments: We hired Build Smart Masonry & Roofing for interior waterproofing of our entire basement and sump pump installation and we are extremely happy with the results.

When I met Peter for the quote I knew we had found the right company for this project. Peter is very professional, always accessible to ask any questions and ensured the job was completed on time and the quality of work immaculate. His team were absolutely incredible. Great craftsmanship - they worked on the project like it was their own home with care, attention to detail, and extremely tidy.

Comments: Newly purchased house had a wet basement with water coming in through all of the foundation form ties along the house (35'). From the start, the process was clearly explained, setting expectations for what was to come. Peter & team worked for 6 days, ensuring all was done up to code and that the foundation was 100% waterproof. All was returned and they even offered to replant the flowers that they removed. Great work done by a professional team.

Comments: I just had my home waterproofed outside by Build, smart, They did an amazing job. From Peter, first visit until completion several crews tackled the work so professionally. They dug around my foundation by hand and tarped the area so the clean up was perfect. They caused absolutely no damage to my property or the neighbors. They were careful around the air conditioning and the gas meter too. Every evening they tidied the work area and made it safe for me to water my plants. They also checked my drainage and confirmed I didn't need a sump pump which saved a lot of money. My final bill was actually lower than the estimate which was a wonderful surprise. They also gave me a 25 year transferable warranty . I am so glad to have found this experienced company to help me with my project. Thank you very much build Smart Masonry & Roofing
