I'm still asking for repairs of the rack. The matters have yet to be ( Resolved ) and I feel you've ghosted us by not responding. You said you were with your family and I ( Respected ) that. This is now a (time sensitive situation). I have family coming from out of town for a funeral, and I do not want anyone else to accidentally trip over this material. I have nowhere else to put it.
