Work Description: Entry door to a sunroom has had a problem for years. Scraping on floor when opening, making it very difficult to get into the house.
Comments: Bryan arrived when promised, and used ingenuity to resolve the problem. As one who is very familiar with such problems, but no longer able to address them myself, I was positively impressed with the effort made, and time spent to resolve the issue. Work Description: Hung a very large mirror, a picture, and an additional smaller mirror
Comments: Everyone has things happen, but I waited 3 hours for Bryan to come after having to leave work early, I had to call him to see if he was still coming, and he never even apologized for being late. He came up 3 flights of stairs with no ladder and no hammer, and had to send his son up and down to retrieve the things he needed. I got the impression that once he got there, he wanted out of there. I was surprised to see that he has been in business for 11 years.
