Comments: ¡¡¡¡DO NOT USE DAD & SON!!!!Networx dispatched Dad & Son Garden to complete my sod job. They promptly arrived Tuesday to take measurements and said they would complete the job on Wednesday, schedule permitting, or Saturday. Carlos even offered to trim my trees free of charge. We agreed on $1400 and shook hands.
They didn’t call or show up on Wednesday, so I assumed they were busy and would come Saturday. No such luck. I assumed I would have to find someone else to complete the job.
Monday (6/10) comes and I receive a call from Carlos telling me he and his brother are at my house and they have removed my existing lawn and are ready lay the sod. They trimmed the trees and placed the branches in my back yard. He asked if I could pay him to purchase the grass. I told him I was at work but would come home so we could discuss. He was apologetic and told me he was in the hospital over the weekend, so he couldn’t come do the work. Understandable. He even showed me his injured ear to sell the story. I told him I would’ve appreciated a call before he came to my house unannounced, but wanted to give him a chance.
Sending my uneasiness, he told me to pay him half of the money to get the grass first and that he would return Tuesday (6/11) to install it. I could pay the remainder once the job was completed. I sent Carlos $700. Wednesday (6/12), another man I’d never met and Carlos’ brother showed up and installed the sod. I paid the remaining $700. The trimmed tree branches were now in my front yard. I asked when they would be removed and was told they would comeback with the trailer that evening. No luck.
Now I have a ton of discarded tree branches in my front yard, Carlos isn’t taking my calls, and I’m going to have to pay to have them removed.

No notice or call to reschedule. I'll look for someone else to complete the job this week before my HOA has a conniption fit.Marion TX

Comments: I told Brothers, I wanted a circle drive way! Part started out as a circle , then they got lazy and squared then some . They did a poor job on the width coming in my drive. I told them I have to have it wide enough for a tracker to drive on . You can tell when driving into my drive that it gets narrow then goes out a little then narrow again. I had to call them to come back to clean up the mess their worker made. They threw rocks , rebar and cans in my yard. It took them a hole day, just to clean up the majority and I still found some rocks and rebar in the grass when I went to mow. Delivery trucks have a very hard time driving on it because it is to narrow for them especially on the turns. Everyone agrees that they should fix it or refund my $35,000, it was not done right ! Comments: Do not use this team for any of your work. They did not finish the job they were hired to do. I have been trying to contact Carlos for months trying to get him to finish the work on the walkway he did and he keeps claiming he will show up but never does.He can not be trusted to do good work or finish the job. Don’t waste your money on hiring him unless you want to lose money and waste your time and have to hire someone else to finish the work.

Comments: They did a horrible job. He was a real smooth talker. Honestly thought we could trust him. Carlos had his wife, son(11-12) and another guy doing it. Looks like they put a small slab on top of big one. With1/2inch sides. It’s horrible. We are going to try and fix it ourselves. Called and texted him. Said he was coming back. Never did. Now won’t answer our calls. We paid him a lot of money to do this and it is very unsatisfactory and water still goes in garage. I honestly wouldn’t have them on your website. That’s why we hired him, we thought he was honest. Apparently so did other people. He also gave us a card saying “BrothersTree Service & Landscaping. Lesson learned. Won’t happen again.San Antonio TX

Comments: First of all, it was not a company Brothers,, but an individual and workers who were part of Brothers. They wanted an initial deposit for the material which tells me they do not have resources. They did a good job on the fence., but the supervisor Carlos backed into our brick mailbox. He said he could fix it and would be back a day later. I am still waiting and I texted him and he said he is coming. Meanwhile, I have the old fence lumber in my drive and a broken mailbox. He said on text he is coming back

Comments: I was very impressed with the job they did, and in only one day. They had to replace 14 rotting posts, which included dismantling 14 trellis sections, then reattaching them. None of the trellis sections was damaged and the whole installation was completed in one day. The estimate and final costs were hundreds less than other estimates I had been quoted.San Antonio TX

Comments: Job poorly done. Left a mess in my yard and had to ask them to clean up 3 times. After they left I noticed one tree had been partially cut at the ground but not taken down, hazard!!Another tree limb (25 foot long )was left hanging in the tree. Dangerous. I contacted the owner and he says he will return and “fix it”.
Side note: the owner said I could pay by card, then the workers demanded a check. I made the check out to the business name, the owner then asked for the check to be made out to him personally. I refused to give another check until the work is completed.
Is this an actual company? Are they licensed? I believe the owner would not have returned to fix the job had it not been for the check not being made out to business name.
Will update after the job has been “fixed”.

Comments: DO NOT use these people, unless you want to be lied to. I'll start out by saying, Carlos just showed up at my door one day saying he got contacted by someone about my request. I did not expect someone to just randomly show up without so much as an email. I do not give my phone number to sites like this at first, due to the increasing amount of spam calls it generates. If I'm given a list of people, I'll contact them directly.At first, they started out ok, despite being 5 hours late and jumping around with the price several times, for this or that reason. After the work was done, I noticed about 3/4 inch of screw was sticking out of my side of the fence. I asked them to fix it the same day, so they bent the three screws down. I then asked if there were screws sticking out of my neighbor's side of the fence. The guy lied to me right to my face and said there were not. It was late in the day when they were done, and I was not able to check on their side since the neighbors were not home. The next day I was able to check and every single screw, mind you there were more than 20 screws, were sticking out at least 3/4 inch. My neighbors have kids and they could have been hurt by these. I contact the "workers" and they said they'd be by the next day to fix it. I get with my neighbors and they leave their fence unlocked for that day. Of course, the "workers" don't come by, and don't call. My husband contacts them, same thing happens, they don't show up or call and give some excuse as to why they didn't. I contact them again, by now I'm a little fed up with the lies, and they finally show up the next day, without an extension cord, I'm kind of surprised they showed up with any tools. They finally fix their lie and they leave, it's again, late in the day. I look around the yard, and notice several of the "new boards" were cracked were they screwed some of the screws in way too tight. There are at least two boards like this with roughly 6 inch cracks running down towards the bottom. My husband contacts them several times about this, but of course no answer. So again, DO NOT EMPLOY THESE PEOPLE. These people shouldn't even be contacted for future employment opportunities either.
