Work Description: Extremely Disappointed with the Quality of Work
Comments: I hired Broth3rs Remodeling to paint the exterior trim of my home, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The two workers, Edwar and his brother, clearly had no idea what they were doing. It was as if they had never held a paintbrush before. There was no prep work—nail holes were left everywhere, nothing was sanded, and they didn’t even finish painting some sections of trim.To top it off, they spilled an entire gallon of oil-based paint all over my brand-new paver patio and couldn’t clean it up. Paint was also dripping everywhere. They had to come back multiple times to fix their mistakes, but it only got worse. When I asked them to caulk the gaps they missed, Edwar’s brother didn’t even know how to use a caulking gun, leaving the job looking even more unprofessional.
While Edwar was friendly, the quality of work was absolutely unacceptable. I regret hiring them and wouldn’t recommend Broth3rs Remodeling to anyone. Zero stars.
