Comments: The reason you do business with company that claims they're a professional is because they have a knowledge beyond what the customer knows. I wasn't happy with the work but didn't have the heart to really voice my displeasure. My tree is ruined and will never use them again.

BROOKMAR Plus explains to all customers the work preformed is to customer satisfaction. Ms.Dixon wanted her tree her way, She was advised several of times it wasn't a good choice to cut the tree like that, but she insisted it was her tree. I explained to her do to my profession it would not be a good choice. After I cut the tree and it didn't look like she thought it would I told her mam if u would have let me do my work, it would have been perfect. She said do my bushes and trim the tree in the back.She left me alone and they were perfect. When u leave a review tell the truth. Thank you

Comments: Had a delay (not their fault) so it’s only 50% completed. But so far I like their work. Price was about the same as everyone else that was quoted (maybe slightly higher) . But getting anyone to commit to the job seems almost impossible anymore.. I would most likely hire again for other jobs.
