Work Description: Called to determine why an upstairs furnace was not working
Comments: Brody Pernell are con men. In 2004 they (& others) insisted we needed two new furnaces, when (after installing them) the problem was not the furnaces but a failed gas line. Now they again insisted we need to replace an inoperative upstairs furnace, when the problem turned out not to be the furnace but a failed thermostat.Hawthorne CA
