Work Description: Unsatisfactory work
Comments: Jose Arias from Bries Remodeling, LLC was contracted to re-grout the bathroom shower, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the start, the quality of the work was subpar. I was told the shower would not need to be grouted for at least another year. Four weeks later, I contacted Bries Remodeling as the grout was starting to come off; however, they did not follow up to the messages. Jose also installed an ill-fitting toilet seat (even with the toilet brand given to him) and the chipped bathtub was painted in a color not matching the rest of the bathtub. In addition, Jose quoted extremely overpriced services as “deals” (other contractors quotes were far, far less). Due to this experience, I cannot recommend Jose Arias or Bries Remodeling, LLC (who can be found on Dobby, Thumbtack, or Task Rabbit), and I would advise looking elsewhere for reliable and professional contractors who value customer satisfaction and stand by their work.
