Work Description: We had our back balcony completely removed and rebuilt. Including all the pillars to the floor.
Comments: We searched on our community website for recommendations for a contractor and found Brentwood. His teams were always on time and very friendly. When all the work was done, Eric found something that one of the men didn't do to his expectations, so at his own expense, he went in and re-did the floors. Work Description: My wife and I bought a house as first time home buyers. The house we ended up with needed a lot of work, but mainly on the outside. Erik was a our general contractor he and his crew did a excellent job with what we wanted done. We needed new soffits, roof repair, pool filled in, wall removed from inside the house, electrical work done in the attic, and insullation in the attic. All things were done professionally and quickly. I would definitely recommend his crew to potential clients.
