Comments: Born to Roof sent a representative that inspected my roof leak and showed me pictures of the roof part that was leaking. My roof was fixed within a few days. Their charge for fixing the roof was within range of what I thought it would cost. The representative was very nice and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this companyTexarkana TX

Work Description: Roof Replace - Asphalt Shingle
Comments: BTR set at my kitchen table with me as I filed my hail damaged roof claim with USAA and instructed me in the process. They sent an adjuster to inspect my roof & he denied the claim. The owner of BTR stayed on the phone & emails until I was able to get a second different adjuster out & he approved it with full coverage. If it hadn’t been for BTR’s continued insistence I would have had to pay for it all. So, if you are having to file an insurance claim to have your roof replaced Born To Roof will have your back. They also did quick & excellent job replacing my roof.Atlanta TX

Work Description: Tried to Repair roofing leak.
Comments: They did not install a roof, just tried to stop the leaks in a roof., Have a 10 year warranty that it would be fixed. Worked on it 5 times and it leaked worse every time. Still leaking and I am going to get another roofer to work on it. This has been a big problem for me. I would not recommend then to anyone. They would not give any of my money back.Texarkana TX
