Comments: We had a bad experience with out previous contractor who did a very poor job with our kitchen cabinets. He was inexperience with staining and turned our cabinets which were intended to be light gray walnut to dark brown, almost black. Since cabinets are the first thing you see when you enter a kitchen, that was the main focus of our eyes. The color soon became an eye sore, We had to change it but did not know who to contact. That's when Jimmy Bonier came to our rescue. We were apprehensive at first but he put us at ease and explained every step of the way as he transformed our kitchen cabinets from an eye sore into beautiful cabinets. The result was amazing and quality was evident. He put a magic touch to our kitchen!Tucson AZ

Comments: We noticed the online reviews on Jimmy Bonier and decided to give him a try for our kitchen remodeling project. My first question was "Who is this man with nothing but 5 star reviews...I want to meet him." We are very happy that we did. He not only did our kitchen cabinet re-surfacing project for 30% less than a big box store wanted to charge me but also gave my wife and I his expert advice on how to improve our kitchen. We were seeking to have our cabinet doors and drawers replaced with the "Shaker" design. Specifically, he recommended we have larger crown moldings added to the cabinets, deepen the cabinet above the refrigerator to improve functionality and looks, add soft touch doors, and replace our pantry door (closet door) with a custom designed "Shaker" pantry door that shuts with a magnet. Ingenious! All of our handles were replaced with satin nickel beautiful handles with a modern sleek look. He enlarged our oven cabinet to custom-fit the new oven-over-oven convection double oven that was hooked up by a polite, respectful, dependable electrician that he recommended. Oh yes, he also custom built a pull-out trash and recycling drawer into the kitchen cabinets to conceal them so that they are no longer seen and taking up extra room in our kitchen. We saw that our friend in Arizona had this feature and my wife wanted it build. Jimmy said no problem and it is sharp. He painted it a beautiful color that we chose and are very pleased with the entire project that took only 3 working days, quicker than he initially predicted. Jimmy is a highly skilled expert in his trade and will keep his number for good. I hope this helps you to make a decision on who you hire to do your project.Raul

Comments: I cannot recommend Jimmy Bonier highly enough. I have never worked with a contractor that was as courteous, punctual, and respectful of my time and property as Jimmy and his crew. Originally, I requested a bid on cabinet refacing. After Jimmy looked a the job, he worked hard to convince me not to reface, but to re-finish. He made the right call and he (not me) knew from the beginning that refacing the existing and woodwork and loosing the personality of the original cabinets would be a mistake. He even took one of my doors and re-finished it to prove his point before we agreed on the job. He was 100% right - and that saved me quite a bit of money. The quality of work was excellent and the value for the cost was top notch. Jimmy took great care to consider the details of the job over and above what I even noticed. Additionally, Jimmy is a very nice, genuine person. It is not very often that you get a contractor that is a true craftsman and I appreciate the work he put into this project.
