I offer unsurpassed quality treatments for Subterranean Termites and Drywood Termites. Termidor SC is the product of choice for Subterranean Termites. Vikane Fumigant is used for all Tent Fumigations. After treatment I offer competitive prices on any termite damage repair and rodent remediation.
My approach to General Household Pest Control is called the Five Zone System. The Five Zone System gives the homeowner a layered protection plan designed to prevent pests before they can enter the structure. Each zone provides redundancy to its adjacent zone. This system is proven to be effective on most crawling pests. Additional measures are sometimes needed for certain Extreme Pest species.
Interior zone- The interior perimeter zone is treated with a dual mode of action residual pesticide. This zone includes cracks and crevices along the baseboards, plumbing pipes in the kitchens and bathroom, under and around appliances.
Entry zone- The entry zone is treated with a contact residual pesticide. These products are usually higher in concentration since they are labeled for exterior use. Bait materials are used in the attic. This zone includes windows, doors, cable and electric lines, plumbing pipes, A/C pipes, dryer vents, 2 feet up and 2 feet out from the foundation.
Predator zone- The predator zone is treated with a web removal device that has been sprayed with a microencapsulated aerosol. This zone includes the eaves and soffits, areas adjacent to exterior lights, and the pool or patio screens.
Exterior zone- The exterior zone is treated with granular insecticide. The exterior zone starts 2 feet from the foundation and is a six foot continuous band around the perimeter.
Encroachment zone- The encroachment zone is treated with a scatter bait. This zone is just outside the exterior zone and can extend to the property line.
