Comments: My husband hired your company and he gave a deposit we had many appointments and you never showed up then the price or work change. I was tired of sitting here waiting for you to show up so your company was fired . You still have our deposit and I want to know why you robbed us???

Comments: They missed all of the window sills. Several windows were still dirty. They only took 2 hours to wash the entire house and for the price they charged I felt cheated.
We are sorry about your experience. In the price we gave you, you told us that you only needed the 4 sides of the house done. Not just my company but almost all Power washing companies charge for window washing. If you needed window washing we would of gladly hooked you up with a great price on that. That is something that each and every single window get cleaned not with a power washer, but by hand.

Comments: Originally scheduled for morning of 10 April. They called around 9:30 advising they had a flat tire and could not get to us that day. Rescheduled for morning of 11 April. We waited all day.
No show, no calls. Maybe they did not need the work. Job is in limbo and a waste of the day.
We are very disappointed.
We apologize for the inconvenience. The first day we scheduled your property to be washed, my guys were their on time knocking on the door. If you would like to contact our customer service team we have it notated with pictures timestamped at your property with no answer. My guys sat their for about 15-20 minutes while our office reached out to you. The second time we got a flat tire and let you know we were going to be late (Apologize for the inconvenience). Once we got that situated we once again tried to contact you when my guys were at the house. Not sure where the miscommunication was but the text messages you sent myself (Owner) stated that you no longer needed the service once I had forwarded a picture of my guys waiting at your house to do a walkaround with you

Comments: gutter work done but even he chage for material he uses my old gutter parts and end part installed not same size as two parts gutter, he installed. no good
We are sorry you feel this way. When we spoke to you, you did not have a gutter on your top story of your house and you did not want to pay the price for a new gutter. We charged you $225 for a new 20 foot gutter and also provided you with the receipt from the hardware store of a brand new gutter, that our team installed on your house. After the job was completed you thanked us and signed saying you were very satisfied. If you have any issues please feel free to contact the office during business hours.

Comments: Painter came and told me that the estimate his partner gave was to low and wanted 200 more from 625.00 to 825.00 we agreed on on 800.00 he left to get material, we all agreed that i only wanted Benjamin Moore paint arborcoat oil based, he came back and started painting, he bought some Home Depot brand called Olympic, I didn't notice until he was finished, the fence is 1 year old and he only used 1 coat and was to lazy to coat the botom 3" of the fence, he told me they would eventually match. I think think he took advantage of an elderly couple, and cheated us !!!! I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. I gave him (bobby) 2 stars for politeness !

We are sorry you feel this way I did tell you that Power Washing and packing are two separate prices we had no problem doing the work for you but you wanted the packing done for nothing. As per NETWORX I spoke to sally as well and she stated that the power washing job was completed from your call with her Your House wash, pavers and deck was washed for $500 which is an amazing price hence 2 story house, and we re-adhesive your from walkway that we told you would be $200 but you said that was too much so we worked with you for $140 and packing was a separate job. We will be more then happy to work with you on packing but unfortunately we don’t work for free that will be a separate charge. Please don’t hesitate to reach out so I can clarify this once again.
