Work Description: Mobile Home. Project #1. Front porch; Wood deterioration & extensive termite damage to structures which was replaced, matting replaced, railing not to code and was replaced, carpet replaced due to foul weather elements. Person completed both project (porch & steps) upgrades in one working day.
Comments: Blantons Constr, rep., Tom Fargo knows his craft, very familiar with building codes, knowledeable on current home trends withinin the market (what's in/what's not). Doesn't talk over customers head in construction terms but uses language both can understand. Quality of work "outstanding".
