Comments: I would put a negative review if I could. Scott came and put splits in my parents house. He also said he could do other electrical work in the house. He did some of it and said he had to do other jobs but would come back to finish it. My parents paid him upfront for all their work. There is still work left to be done in this house. My dad called him for about a half a year. He never returned my dad's phone calls. My mom called him after my dad passed this year and he was at a loss for words as to why he never finished the job. Scott told her he would send her the receipts for taxes. We never received them. Scott then blocked my mom's # and never responded to her. This man needs to lose his license. He took my parents money and ran. Scott did not do the work he was paid for. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MAN.Shelton CT

Comments: Scott Belcher responded within an hour of placing the request and made an appointment for 3:00 PM the same day ,i.e. Saturday.He understood issues involve, discussed options with a willingness to hear customer point of view and settle on a mutually acceptable solution.
An Associate was on site by 3:30 PM and was all done by 5:30 PM.
Working with Scott and his associate was a great experience.
