Work Description: Lawn mowing and fertilizing
Comments: Bill Karboski said he needed some money up front so I paid Bill $110.00 for 2 weekly mowings, edgings and cleanups. My first trusting mistake. After mowing twice in a 6 week period he said he needed more money so I paid him for 2 more mowings. My second trusting mistake. He was also going to be doing the fertilizing, moss control and weed control that I paid him $150.00 for the year. He put down fertilizer once, which I figured was worth $25.00. Had to haunt him to communicate and kept asking when he was doing the mowing but he either didn’t communicate, said he would come the next day, but didn’t, or had another excuse. He finally stopped answering my texts and calls and disappeared owing me $235.00 dollars. I am waiting to see if he sends me the money before taking further action. Do not believe this man or hire him. He supposedly is associated with B.C. Handyman Services so I would not consider using them either in the future.Lakewood WA

Comments: I had Bill come out and repair a leaking manifold on an irrigation system.He did a great job at a reasonable price.While he was here I had him look at a fence I have with 3 rotted post that needed replaced. I hired him for that job as well. The fence is on top of a rockery, so not an easy task.Bill and his helper finished the job to my satisfaction. Bill has my recommendation.
