Warranties: American Standard offers a 5 year warranty for inside, which includes air handler and furnaces and for outside 10 years on the compressor. Amana Products warranty until June 2009 is 10 years on all parts and labor on all equipment. BBK Heating & Cooling offers an additional 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
