Comments: Nice guys. Never leveled my concrete floor. Said it wasn’t necessary. I have tiles sticking up everywhere (2,578 sq. ft. ) Wanted 1/16 spacing, recieved 1/8 to 1/4” gaps in my tile. Did not put enough grout in so the tiles are almost razor sharp. Tough on bare feet. Said it would take 7-10 days and was here 21 days. No pride of ownership, very messy, left my house in a mess when they showed up. Ruined 7k worth of tile and completely fukked up the look of what the flooring should look like. Again, good guys but should not be allowed to have a trowel in their hands evwr again. Seems like daddy started biz and this kid took over. Not good.Las Cruces NM

Bill was beyond Punctual, and when he couldn't make it on time he called promptly and let us know. The biggest thing that attracted me to BBB Tile and Construction at first was their customer service. They respond so quickly and were also able to answer all of my questions with detail. Richard would give me updates throughout the day (because I was working) which made me feel so relieved that he actually cared that I knew what was going on. The results couldn't have been any better. These guys work quick and they are good. I've already been recommending them to friends and family.
