Comments: My family and I were I a hurry to get our yard landscaped for our dog. We are in the process of selling our other house and the yard at the house we are in now was a complete mess. The yard was overgrown weeds, couple of trees, and wild bushes. In a matter of four days Harold, Andrew and their team completely transformed our yard and provided us with so much more than we imagined. This all happened starting the day after Christmas. The suggestions and care we received in such a short period of time contributed greatly to the final product and has improved our way of life greatly. The pricing was comparable to other quotes we received. The real value came from the work performed by Harold, Andrew, and the rest of the crew (worked closely with Harold and Andrew) combined with them both communicating everything, start to finish. That combined with George and Barbara checking in and making sure things were going as we wanted and expected made everything that much better. Comments: This Company is terrible. They were quick to take my deposit but, after a month and a half, they have not even scheduled a date to start my Landscaping project. Comments: I had to give it one star because it would not let me leave it blank. These guys are the physical embodiment of working on aloha time. Just like the government, they are quick to take your money but their services suck and drag their feet to actually come do the job they were paid to do, even if it's an emergency and your back yard is flooding. Super disorganized and always had excuses of why they couldn't have one of their technicians come. I am now out well over $3500 in costs because these morons couldn't fix a simple irrigation problem they created. Needles to say I will personally go out of my way to not recommend these guys to people.UPDATE 5/29/23
After posting my comment, George from Coastline Construction reached out to me in order to make mends and possibly compensate me for additional costs incurred from before. We had a good talk and I was very appreciative that he was legitimately very concerned that I was not satisfied with our business. Unfortunately good help is hard to hire and I can't hold that against him. I do believe George and Barbara have their best intentions in making sure you get the best labor for your money, and that you are completely satisfied. They were very professional and ended up compensating us well for our troubles.
