Work Description: annual backflow test
Comments: baumann has done this test for me for years. I call and leave a message and the work gets done and the form gets submitted. Not this year. I called on the 10th of august, left message, and someone called back to confirm the test would be conducted in the next couple of days. Five weeks later and I'm still waiting and he wont even return my calls. Unprofessional and unethical business. Owner not even professional enough to call me.Dublin OH
