Work Description: Replace a garage side door that not only had dry rot
Comments: The workers who were on my job are very experienced. Pricing is very fair. I was very happy with this! Will Boykin is the owner of BasCo Residential Services. He's a great guy, friendly, very experienced - lots of knowledge here. You'll be very happy with the resulting product if you hire them. They're workers have a great work ethic, very professional. Very clean and they cleanup everyday they're on the job.I hired them to replace a garage side door that not only had dry rot but upon performing demolition we found the jack and king studs and header and other supporting wood were eaten thru by termites. Luckily there was no active termites. So, the contract was expanded to include replacing these structures. Revised pricing was more than fair. They did a great job rebuilding the supporting structures, installing the new pre-hung door, dry walling, spackling, replacing molding, and painting. The new door was installed with a composite frame to prevent it from ever dry rotting again. I was lucky since the exterior was recently painted I had paint for the door, frame, ceiling, moldings, and hardy board siding. Extremely happy!!! Go ahead, hire them. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
