Comments: I spoke with Ralph about doing some work at my house. He came to do a quote which I was pleased with. He was supposed to arrive between the hours of 8:30-9am on Monday March 21st to begin and complete a job. By 10am I was concerned as I had not seen it heard from him therefore I called and left a message since nobody answered. I finally received a call back hours later after the original appointment time. When we finally spoke on the phone, he apologized for "the job slipping his mind." The appointment was for rescheduled Thursday, March 24th. We agreed for him to take a tree down and cut into appropriate pieces that could be discarded with the city pickup. I was not home at the time and my husband was home when the work was being done. I had spoken to Ralph and sent a screenshot of the city's requirements for pickup therefore I should have came home to what was left. There are massive and extremely heavy pieces of the tree that we cannot even move nor will the city even pickup. There is also damage(large divets) to my yard from the tree, when it was taken down. I also after asking several times before the appointment date never received his insurance information. If I could go back in time, I would have cancelled the appointment after he never showed for the original appointment date.Lewisville NC

Comments: Barrow’s Tree Service responded to my job request early the next day and came out at my convenience that very same day. Ralph gave me a very reasonable estimate for the job and started that very afternoon. He and Larry dug out shrubs, pulled weeds, sprayed the vinca vines with a natural solution to kill them, and hauled off all of the yard trash. They worked hard and finished the job in a few hours! I highly recommend this company. They are reliable, efficient, effective, and their prices are very reasonable. I will be calling them again very soon for a tree that I need cutting down and another bush that needs to be removed. Thank you, Ralph and Larry for an excellent job!-
