Work Description: Fix a squeaking plywood subfloor in the family room before installing a new wall to wall carpet.
Comments: Contractor/owner called promptly, but informed that he was fully booked with work through June. He then offered advice on what questions to ask a contractor about the job and offered solutions as to how the job should be completed. If a contractor had another way to address the problem, he suggested that I not hire that contractor. Although I did hire Chris because I needed the work to be done soon, my impressions were that he is an honest contractor. He was extremely helpful when he didn't need to be.

Comments: He came up with a design for shelves in my mudroom and he sat with me to make sure I got what I wanted. He is very trustworthy, straightforward and didn't try to push things on me that I didn't want or need.Arlington VA
