Work Description: Bathroom Not Done and Paid Money
Comments: Do not use B.W. Tile. We paid him to complete a 2 bathroom job. He charged $17,000 for the two bathrooms. Every week he demanded money and he paid him a total of $16,500 in cash because he didn't want to claim it on his taxes. We kept asking when the second bathroom would be done. Two months later and we get a text (not even a phone call) stating he's decided NOT to do the 2nd bathroom. I requested my money back since he didn't do the job, and he refused. After screaming and yelling at me for 20 minutes, he refused to return our money.Costa Mesa CA

Work Description: Caulking shower
Comments: Your guy is parked in my bathroom talking on the phone, singing, using my sink for cleaning his bucket, watching tv or something on his phone.In a word armatures, I have things to do, I am afraid to walk in there when he is done having heard a loud bang against my custom alder cabinets. Last time he was here he stopped to eat his ribs asking to heat them up, they neglected to remove the screen in the window in the shower now it has caulking about the size of a quarter dried in the mesh, he walked off with my small scrub brush, it's been a real nightmare just to have maybe 30 feet of caulking applied.
