Comments: HVAC not working, put a call in through the warranty company and they fairly quickly assigned it to BM Enterprises. Victor called to schedule a visit, we’re out of town but a neighbor was on standby to let Victor in. Texted him with the neighbor’s number the day before as he requested. Victor didn’t respond and didn’t call the neighbor. Called him late on the next day to ask what his intentions were and he said he’d just wait until we were home a week later. I explained the house is 90 degrees inside and it made sense to have it repaired while we were away. Then he expressed concern about who would pay the $50 deductible. I said either I could over the phone or the neighbor would and I’d pay him back. At that point I decided to just cancel the call with Victor, he’s clearly not someone who takes pride in being flexible and customer focussed. Called Smiley’s of Virginia Beach and they had someone assigned to arrive within 45 minutes, had no problem at all with a neighbor letting them in and happily took payment over the phone.Virginia Beach VA

Comments: This company is very fraudulent. First they came about 3 hours later than they were scheduled. When the guy finally got there the guy asked me if I had a ladder to get ro my ac unit which is in the attic. I did not and nor did he. What company does not bring a ladder to a job. When he went outside Victor called and said the work would not be covered through my insurance because it's preventative maintenance without even looking at the system. The guy proceeds to look at my outside unit and said I needed freon which would cost me $100 per pound. I denied any of the work and they reported to the insurance company that it was my fault because of the preventative maintenance when they never looked at my unit. Please stay away from this company at all cost or it will cost you!!!!Virginia Beach VA

Comments: Victor. You know this is not going to be good. Through my warranty company I was sent Victor. First red flag. “Do you want a receipt”. For the service call fee. Second red flag. (Upon supposed diagnosis of the unit’s problem). “Oh this is a Trane. Those motors go for a thousand dollars”. Third red flag. “One of my associates will do the work. You will have to agree to pay him $318.00 dollars out of your pocket for the job”. After contacting the warranty company I find their should not be any out of pocket expense. I had them send out another tech. Fourth red flag. The new tech diagnoses and fixes the $7.00 capacitor. WTF. I did not have to pay a second service call fee and tipped the new tech $100.00 for not trying to rip me off. If it quacks like a duck!Norfolk VA

He was very professional and courteous and swiftly diagnosed the problem, which was very minor. The emergency cut off switch in the attic as off. My bad, as I accidentally hit it when I was in the attic this weekend.My experience with B&M was a good one! Thank you Victor and Eric!

Comments: THIS GUY IS HORRIBLE. We purchased an entirely new HVAC unit from him and got it installed in November 2020. Spring 2021, when it was time to use the AC, it wouldn't work. We called Victor numerous times, and every time he came out it was a different issue. Then finally he sends me a text message and says I need a new lineset and I should call someone to repair it. WE HAVE A WARRANTY WITH THIS GUY THAT HE NEVER HONORED! We called a company called Russell's for an inspection. It turns out that the issue was in the attic. The pipes were not welded properly when they installed the new unit. THIS GUY IS A FRAUD AND DOES POOR WORK. Save your money and seek someone who is ACTUALLY professional.Norfolk VA

Comments: My home warranty sent Victor to my house to fix my heat. He came over and looked and my heating system and couldn't figure out what was wrong. He told me he had to do some research and he would call me back. He never called me back so I called him and he texted and said he would call back after he got done with the " emergency job " he was on. Once agian he didn't call me back. So I had to call my home warranty and get them to send someone else. So if you want to hire someone that doesn't know what they're doing and has horrible customer service he is your guy!!! Comments: I can’t say enough about Victors service! I originally made an AC claim through a home warranty company. Victor came out and diagnosed the problem, very professional and a kind guy! He wanted nothing more than to help the customer. This is his only goal! Best customer service that I experienced in a long time! Victor made calls about the part that my ac needed and came out to repair my ac after typical business hours! Not to mention his prices are very reasonable!!! Comments: Victor came out on 5-26-21 via home warranty company and was supposed to diagnose the problem and he said I had a leak in the system and I was low on Freon so he claim he put 4lbs Freon in along with a substance called quick seal and told me to wait for a couple of hrs for the unit to suck out all the hot air in the house which sounded suspicious and to no unveil I’m still with no air and he won’t come and stated that he wasn’t, I’m going report him to the state license board because he scammed me out of $560.00 and now I have to hire someone else to fix the problem, stay away from him at all cost and I will be taking him to small claims court
