Comments: Austin knocked our door after checking out our trees, gave us a very reasonable price and was at our house the next day at 8am. He had a crew of over 10 men, one man was in each tree, as the limbs were cut the crew put them through the grinder. He had the trees trimmed above the previous cuts so not to harm the trees. They finished in 3.5 hours and our yard was cleaned. They blew our lawn, our street and scraped up the debris in the street, all in the pouring rain. The guys were soaked but it’s a beautiful job!!!

Comments: Austin's Tree Service did a phenomenal job removing a number of dead trees on the slope behind the house. They also topped several trees in both the front and back of the property.

I purchased this house last December and immediately put a new metal roof on it. The house had been empty for three years and literally had holes in the roof and first story floors.

As the weather worsened and we experienced a few severe windstorms which brought several big limbs down blocking our driveway. Scared what might come crashing down next time, we cut off some lower limbs that could damage the house, but I was still very concerned about a few very large trees that did not look healthy.

I posted my needs on a "tree trimming service" site and heard from Austin within minutes. He showed up when he said he would and had a team of 10 guys with a variety of tools there by 11 am. They brought a dump truck and chipper as well.

The job was done quickly, carefully, and completely. They did everything we discussed, no short cuts or excuses. Austin promised they would leave my property, including the street, clean and they did!

They are my tree service from now on.

I highly recommend this company.! Their pricing is fair, their work is great, and every person in the team was incredibly helpful and so polite.

Comments: They did a great job. The tree they took down was quite high and dry as a matchstick. Close to this tree there were walls that made it necessary to take the tree down in small pieces. They are not the cheapest, but they are very competent for sure. I really liked what they did and how they did it. They are my first address for complicated tree jobs.

I had called for an estimate and within a few hours Austin was at my home to survey the scope of the job. He quoted a very fair price and said he could complete the job in the same day. Within an hour a crew arrived and began work immediately. They were organized, efficient, and completed the entire job within a few hours. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company. This is definitely a 5 STAR company.

Comments: There are small tasks that can be easily handled….. and some that require professional skills, experience, and organization. My situation: A possible disaster with a 150 foot tree not having a single leaf on any of this branches and some of the limbs extending over the 12 foot distance to the side of my residence. A recent heavy rain and wind came with a 3 inch diameter branch glancing off the roof. No noticeable damage but enough to search for a knowledgeable, capable, and fully equipped tree service. This problem would only be solved one way….with tree climber cutting from the top downward. After a through discussion of the dangerous situation with licensed & Insured Austin’s Tree Service, I came away with a trust that they had the experience and confidence to do the job. With over 25 years in the business, they came out the same day to review the tree and its location for planning just how the project would be accomplished. In addition, they pointed out two additional trees that were also dead and could be a possible hazard. All the while, their professionalism and courtesy were displayed in explaining what and how things would be done safely; and now, the trees are no longer a scary nuisance. The area was cleaned, longer logs were cut into smaller manageable sizes and the cut logs wood were piled where requested. The fee for such a sizeable feat was quite reasonable. If one were to be faced with a risky tree cutting scenario, I would highly recommend a call to AUSTIN’s Tree Service Inc. for consultation and a free estimate. In summary, owning a chainsaw doesn’t mean that anyone can claim to be a tree cutting service.

The gentleman showed up as scheduled and removed a difficult root adjacent to my shed with zero damage to the shed or yard. Reasonable price - great work - professional and courteous!
