Work Description: installing pipe to aid in getting water to drain away from the house, preparing flower beds for planting, filling in recessed areas in my yard to make it more level, and trimming back wisteria
Comments: Michael Pearce worked at my home. He worked efficiently and listened to my concerns. He dug a trench for and installed corrugated pipe to help water move from the front of my home, getting moisture away from the foundation. He prepared two flower beds for upcoming planting I want to do, and they look great! Water erosion had caused two places in my front yard to form recessed areas. It had become a safety concern for me. Mr. Pearce filled in those places and replaced the lawn material back on the topsoil he added so my yard did not have two bare spots on it. He trimmed back wisteria so that it would not invade my shrubs. In addition to what he did, he provided good information to me on everything from mulching my established plants to sharpening tools. I found him to be very knowledgeable and willing to address all my questions. I really appreciated that. His price for doing all of these things was very reasonable. He made sure things were done to my satisfaction and cleaned up the work areas before he left.-
