He said my unit was 19 years old and will eventually need to be replaced, but today it just needs a motor. Comments: Luis Mollinedo showed up on time, was very polite, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. We explained what issues we had with our unit, he went into the attic and verified some of the feedback we were receiving from other AC companies but they were never able to fix. He gave us options and estimates and we purchased a new unit that works amazing! Some time after our replacement, Luis followed up with us to insure if we had any questions or concerns.
