Comments: 1. When signed agreement, work was to start in 2 weeks due to their schedule and me gathering my funds.2. The crew did an excelant job.
3. Part of the project has failed and I contacted Rodney (took numerious calls)
4. He finally called and said he would take care of the issue.
5. I have not heard back from him in over 11 days, don't even know if the crew is aware they have a repair to do.
I did not have a warm and fuzzy about Rodney. His Uncle I did and agreed to do the work. I was told I had a 10 year warranty. It seems like I do not even have a 30 day warranty. Please all be aware.
