Comments: Rick, did such a good job. Our 20 year AC went out. Asap heating & cooling came within a few hours and got a new AC replaced in less than 24hrs. This is my our first home. Rick made sure to explain every option with us in detail as well as the steps in the process. He was very honest with us, and quick to noticed the original AC we choose wasn’t going to work and quickly pivoted to a smaller higher efficiency one without a delay in the project. We even saved money. They could have taken advantage of the situation but instead were honest and we could not have been more pleased. Work Description: Replace Evaporator/Cooling Coil in AC system
Comments: Stephen was awesome. His prices are reasonable and he is customer friendly. He went above and beyond the direct scope of the work. He had to do some demolition works in order to get the coil out and replaced the original frame for access with a customized door for easy access in the future. This took several hours and he barely charged for the additional work. I am very impressed with his level of customer care and will recommend him 120% for any job.New York NY
